Well, yeah, I still don't get it. Mine is 19, gonna be 20 tomorrow and I still haven't found anybody to connect enough with, and I don't know if I missed the mail with her or not or if she suddenly appears. Most of the time I'm at school, I keep it in my pocket, 'stead of my locker, cuz each period is about an hour long. So when does she come???!!! But I've tried tamatown.com and all it has is the connect-to-tamatown thing, with your v3 and v4, the FAq's(which by the way doesn't help with this matter). But it still helps.
